A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
COMMENDING ANNE BYBEE FOR TWENTY-EIGHT YEARS OF SERVICE
WHEREAS, Anne Bybee started her career with the City of Campbell as the
Deputy City Clerk and then served as ah elected and appointed City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, Anne Bybee was responsible for facilitating the conduct of business
by the City Council and fulfilling legal requirements as set forth by the
Government Code and City Municipal Code; and.
WHEREAS, Anne Bybee has been awarded "Certified Municipal Clerk" (CMC)
and "Master Municipal Clerk" (MMC) designation from the International
Association of Municipal Clerks; and
WHEREAS, in 2008 Anne Bybee volunteered her time to help the City in its
public education efforts on a key sales tax revenue measure which was
successfully passed by Campbell voters; and
WHEREAS, Anne Bybee was recognized by the Campbell City Council for the
"2013 Women of Distinction Awards"; and
WHEREAS, Anne Bybee has exhibited honesty, dedication, and commitment in
profession and is well respected among her peers, city managers, elected
officials, staff, and community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby express its appreciation to Anne Bybee for over twenty-
eight years of loyal and dedicated service and offers its best wishes for a fulfilling
retirement.
