A~RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR
PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR A CITY HALL TIER I SEISMIC ASSESSMENT AND
CONCEPTUAL RETROFIT RECOMMENDATIONS
WHEREAS, a Tier I seismic assessment and conceptual retrofit recommendations
are needed to understand the structural condition and seismic vulnerabilities of City
Hall buildings; and
WHEREAS, the City seeks to hire a structural engineering firm to further conduct the
Tier I seismic assessment; and
WHEREAS, there are adequate resources to support the funding of this
assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to issue a Request for
Proposals for Professional Consulting Services for a Tier I Seismic Assessment and
Conceptual Retrofit Recommendations of City Hall.
