A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A
BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR CREEKSIDE CENTER PROJECT 16-PP
WHEREAS, on June 2, 2014, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2177 approving a
modification to a previously-approved planned development permit (PLN 2013-238) for the
developer of 675 and 705 Creekside Way; and
WHEREAS, at that time the conditions of approval required the applicant to post a deposit of
$66,550 for the purchase and installation of miscellaneous traffic signal improvements; and
WHEREAS, on September 11, 2008, the applicant had already paid $50,000 toward the deposit to
the City; and
WHEREAS, the $50,000 currently resides in the Capital Improvement Program Reserves (CIPR);
and
WHEREAS, on August 29, 2014, the applicant paid the remaining $16,550; and
WHEREAS, staff requests authorization to re-appropriate the $50,000 currently residing in CIPR to
the Creekside Center Project 16-PP; and
WHEREAS, a budget adjustment in the amount of $66,550 is required to acknowledge
developer's fees available to install miscellaneous signal equipment improvements associated with
traffic generated by the Creekside Center development; and
WHEREAS, these upgrades will allow staff to monitor and manage traffic along Campisi Way and
Creekside Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE R RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell approves re-
appropriatio n of $50,000 in CIPR funds to the Creekside Center Project 16-PP.
BE R FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council approves the budget adjustment allocating
$66,550 in developer's funds to the Creekside Center Project 16-PP and related transfers.
