A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING
A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO THE THEATRE'S OPERATIONAL BUDGET TO
FUND MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND ENHANCEMENTS TO THE THEATRE.
WHEREAS, a Preservation and Enhancement fund was established specifically to
fund improvements and enhancements to the Heritage Theatre; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available in this account to fund such maintenance and
enhancements requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approve the
attached budget adjustment in the amount of $9,025 for payment of the repairing
and inspection of the arbor/rigging; cleaning and fire proofing the main drapes; eight
(8) stanchions; and one (1) ticketing printer for the Heritage Theatre.
