CC Resolution 11949RESOLUTION NO. 11949 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10309 AND ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC STREET AND THE PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION, AND ABANDONING A LIGHT AND AIR EASEMENT AND A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2295 8~ 2305 S. WINCHESTER BOULEVARD WHEREAS, on January 6, 2015, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 11759 approving a Tentative Map for the property located at 2295 & 2305 S. Winchester Boulevard: and WHEREAS, said Tentative Map included approval of the abandonment of a light and air easement and abandonment of a public utility easement, said abandonment to be implemented on the Tract Map; and WHEREAS, public street dedication and public service easements are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication on the Tract Map; and WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in compliance with the Tentative Map, Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that Tract Map 10309 is hereby approved and the Public Street and Public Service Easements offered for dedication as shown on said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered, and that the Light and Air Easement and Public Utility Easement are hereby Abandoned.
