A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10340 AND
ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC STREET AND THE PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 280 DILLON AVENUE
WHEREAS, on October 21, 2014, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 11736
approving a Tentative Map for the property located at 280 Dillon Avenue; and
WHEREAS, on July 21, 2015, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 11865
approving a modification to the approved Tentative Map allowing for the phasing of the
project; and
WHEREAS, on November 17, 2015, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 11921
approving a modification to the approved Tentative Map increasing the total number of
units for the project; and
WHEREAS, public street dedication and public service easements are necessary to
accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication on
the Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the Tentative Map, Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that Tract Map 10340 is hereby approved and the Public Street and Public Service
Easements offered for dedication as shown on said map are hereby accepted in
conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
