AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
FORMING THE CAMPBELL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell (the "City") has determined that there is a need in
the City for an industrial development authority to be formed under the California
Industrial Development Financing Act, Title 10 (commencing with Section 91500) 01
the California Government Code (the "Act").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL as follows:
Section 1. There is within the City a corporate instrumentality of the State of
California known as the Campbell Industrial Development Authority.
Section 2. Pursuant to the Act, the City Council hereby declares that there is
need within the City for the Campbell Industrial Development Authority.
Section 3. The Campbell Industrial Development Authority shall function
pursuant to this Ordinance and the Act.
Section 4. The City Council of the City of Campbell hereby declares itself to
be the governing board of the Campbell Industrial Development Authority.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its second reading
and adoption.
