A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR HACIENDA AVENUE GREEN STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 08-04A, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE
OF COMPLETION, AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 11687 authorizing the Public
Works Director to award a contract to Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc. for the City
Project 08-04A -Hacienda Avenue Green Street Improvements on June 2, 2014; and
WHEREAS, Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc. has completed the required
improvements in accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by Ghilotti Construction Company, Inc.
for Project 08-04A, Hacienda Avenue Green Street Improvements, authorizes the filing
of the Notice of Completion, and approves a budget adjustment.
