CC Resolution 12122RESOLUTION NO. 12122 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE ANNUAL STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT NO. 16-BB -LOCAL STREET SEALING AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION WHEREAS, On June 27, 2016, a construction contract in the amount of $1,253,000 was awarded to VSS International, Inc., of West Sacramento, California; and WHEREAS, VSS International, Inc., completed installation of various improvements in accordance with the project plans and specifications for the Annual Street Maintenance Project No. 16-BB -Local Street Sealing; and WHEREAS, approximately $418,708 of pavement maintenance funds remains unspent in the project budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby accepts the improvements constructed by VSS International, Inc. for the Annual Street Maintenance Project No. 16-BB -Local Street Sealing and directs the City Engineer to file the Notice of Completion.
