AUTHORIZATION TO ISSUE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CAMPISI
WAY FEASIBILITY STUDY- PROJECT 17-EE, AND AUTHORIZATION FOR THE
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A
CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT, AND
APPROVAL OF A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the adopted FY16/17 Capital Improvement Plan included funding for the
Campisi Way Feasibility Study Project 17-EE; and
WHEREAS, professional design services are required to perform the feasibility study; and
WHEREAS, the Pruneyard Shopping Center posted a $45,000 payment towards the
Campisi Way feasibility study and a budget adjustment has been prepared to transfer the
funds into the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the issuance of a Request for Proposals for services for the Campisi Way
Feasibility Study Project 17-EE and authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and
execute a Consultant Services Agreement in an amount not to exceed $150,000 and
encumber an additional $15,000 as a design contingency for a total amount not to exceed
$165,000, and approves a budget adjustment.
