GRANT DEED
We LEO H. SHORTINO and PEGGY M. SHORTINO
as community property vestees do hereby
grant unto the City of Campbell, a
municipal corporation of the County of
Santa Clara, State of California, that
certain real property described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line Camden Avenue as
widened to 30 feet from centerline by that certain Deed from A. R.
Woolworth, et ux, to the City of Campbell~ said point being the
northwesterly corner of that certain parcel of land described in Deed
to Leo M. Shortino and Peggy M. Shortino, as community property
grantees, recorded on December 31, 1986 in Book J985 of Santa Clara
County Official Records at page 460;
THENCE, South, along the westerly line of said Camden Avenue, as
widened, a distance of 30.00 feet;
THENCE, North 21048'05" East a distance of 32.31 feet to a point
on the northerly line of said Shortino parcel;
THENCE, West, along said northerly line of the Shortino parcel a
distance of 12.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
CONTAINING an area of 180 square feet, more or less.
