Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Camden Avenue,
formerly known as the Old Santa Clara and Los Gatos Road, distant
thereon N. O. 01' 00" E. 149.30 feet from the point of int.ersection
of the east.erly line of the Old Santa Clara and Los Gatos Road with
the cent.er line of Casey Road: said point. of beginning also being
the southwesterly corner of the Lands of Rat:hmann, as described in
the deed, dat.ed sept.ember 29, 1959 and recorded October 13, 1959
in Book 4572 of Official Records of Sant.a Clara County at page 601:
thence running N. O. 01' 00" E. 120.70 feet to a point, said point
being dist.ant S. O. 01' 00" W. 9.41 feet. from the northwest.erly
corner of the Lands of Rathmann: thence S. 20. 05'16" E. 128.75
feet. more or less to a point in the southwesterly line of the Lands
of Rathmann, distant S. 890 43' 00" E. 44.26 feet. fram the &outh-
westerly corner of the above mentioned lands: thence running N. 890
43' 00" W. and parallel with the centerline of the Casey Road
44.26 feet. t.o the point of beginning and being a port.ion of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 35 in Township 7 South, Range 1 west,
M.D.B.&M. and as disclosed by the Record of SUrvey prepared by
George S. Nolte, Civil Engineers, filed for record in the office
of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California,
on June 6, 1960, in Book 121 of Maps at page 18.

BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEHENT BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
vn~EREAS, there has been presented to City Council of Campbell an
agreement for the construction of roadway improvements benificial to
development of property of owner within the City of Campbell, a municipal
corporation; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has explained the necessity for said
agreement, and has recommended the acceptance of same; and
WHEREAS, the said agreement is approved by the City Attorney for
the purpose for which it has been offered; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the agreement presented by .

In accordance with Section 9316, Chapter 3, Article L~ of The
Campbell Municipal Code of the City of Campbell, the undersigned hereby
makes application for approval of the attached plans.
1. The said improvements will be located on land described as
follows: (Insert or attach legal description.)
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of the Old Santa Clara
and Los Gatos Road, distant thereon 150 feet North from the point
of intersection of the Easterly line of the Old Santa Clara and
Los Gatos Road with the center line of Casey Road; thence running
North and along the Easterly line of said Old Santa Clara and Los
Gatos Road 130 feet; thence running S. 890 43' E. and parallel
with the center line of Casey Road, 160 feet; thence running South
and parallel with the Easterly line of the Old Santa Clara and
Los Gatos Road, 130 feet to a 1" pipe; thence running N. 890 43'
W. and parallel with the center line of the Casey Road, 160 feet
to the point of beginning and being a portion of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 35 in T. 7 S. R. 1 W., MDB&M
2. The nature and purpose of the proposed improvements are:
The nature of our business is that of developing property and erecting houses
thereon. This, as a central office, primarily is devoted to accounting and
~eneral business transaction. This is simply to clarify that there will be no
equipment, etc. incidental to construction business frequenting the subject
premises. In addition, we anticipate erecting a structure on the North side
of the lot which will contain primarily a cabinet shop. We have provided
sufficient employee parking facilities to the rear of our buildings and feel
that we definitely will enhance rather than detract from the area.

The proposed improvements will cost approximately $60,000.00

Applicants should attach three (3) copies of site plans and
elevations of proposed improvements. One copy will be
retained by Planning Comm" n, and two returned to applicant~
