THE ATTACHED PLANS OF CLARENCE NARLOCK FOR "S" APPROVAL OF A BODY AND
FENDER SHOP TO BE LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF CAMDEN AVENUE BETWEEN
WINCHESTER ROAD AND SUNNYOAKS AVENUE, WERE DISAPPROVED AT A REGULAR
PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON THE 8th DAY OF AUGUST, 1961, FOR
THE FOLLOWING REASON:
The Planning Commission cannot approve these plans due to
Council action of placing the area between Winchester Rd.
and East Sunnyoaks Avenue on Camden Avenue, under a "freeze"
until such tl~ as adequate water for fire protection is
provided.
