A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
COMMENDING JIM HINKLE FOR TWENTY-ONE YEARS OF SERVICE
WHEREAS, Jim Hinkle started his career with the City of Campbell as Building
Inspector and then served as Senior Building Inspector; and
WHEREAS, Jim Hinkle was responsible for the Inspection of structures for
compliance with State and Local Codes as set forth by the ,Government Code
and City Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, Jim Hinkle has served with knowledge, humor and integrity and
demonstrated the qualities of a Senior Building Inspector; and
WHEREAS, in 2015 Jim Hinkle was promoted to Senior Building Inspector and
served as Acting Building Official in the absence of Bill Bruckart; and
WHEREAS, Jim Hinkle has represented the Building Division in appeals to the
Building Board of Appeal; and
WHEREAS, Jim Hinkle has exhibited honesty, dedication, and commitment in his
profession and is well respected among his peers, developers, contractors, staff,
and community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does hereby express its appreciation to Jim Hinkle for over twenty-one
years of loyal and dedicated service and offers its best wishes for a fulfilling
retirement.

vote:
