A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT TO THE THEATRE'S OPERATIONAL
BUDGET TO FUND THE PURCHASE OF ENHANCEMENT ITEMS AND
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the operating budget for 2016-17; and
WHEREAS; a Preservation and Enhancement fund was established specifically to fund
improvements and enhancements to the Heritage Theatre; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available in this account to fund such enhancement items
and repair projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approve the attached
budget adjustment not to exceed $200,000 to purchase enhancement items and
maintenance and repair projects for the Heritage Theatre.
