DILLON AVENUES AS APrROVED BY THE CAMPBELL PLANNING COMMISSION AT I!S
MEETING OF JANUARY 19. 1960.
1. Owner to enter into written agreement with City Council covering
the following.
a) Dedication at this time of land tor street purposes in an area
25 feet wide along Campbell Avenue frontage, 8 feet wide along
Dillon Avenue frontage and as required for return at corner.
b) Owner to construct ten (10) toot commercial sidewalk at this
time in line with 80 toot setback on Campbell Avenue and
modified 5 foot oommeroial sidewalk on Dillon Avenue.
Transition to be approved by City Engineer as well as standard
curb, gutter an. sldewalk and paving between gutter and
stable existing pavement. Owner to enter into written
agreement with City Council for oonstruotion of standard
oommercial curb, gutter, sidewalk and paving to City Standards
at such time as Campbell Avenue is widened, and City Council
deems feasible. Transition to be approved by City Engineer.
c) Repair of t~ existing curb or pavement damaged during
construction.
d) Owner will construct, at his expense, standard com~ercial
sidewalk, curb, gutter and paving as required to conform to
66 foot plan line on Dillon Avenue at such time as properties
to the south are so improved and City Council deems necessary
to call for this oonstruotion.
e) Faithful performance bond and labor and material bond, each
in the amount of 11,000 to be posted.
2. Traffic flow must be as shown, ingress only from Campbell Avenue
egress only on Dillon Avenue.
