of Division 10, Part 10.5 of the streets and Highways
Code,and if no request for a hearing i8 received, fourteen
days therea~ter, the adjustment will became a matter of
record by notification filed with the Coun~ Auditor.

of Howard R. Atkinson and wife, fronting on Campbell Avenue and
Rose Court, s.:.ïd ownership including both parcels outlined in
green and in red.
The portion outlined in red is improved with a commercial
building, and that in green with a residence and a l3-unit
apartment house. This later parcel is the property being sold.
We have been advised by you that Assessment No. 23, Project
No.2, City of Campbell, actually rests only against the parcel
outlined in green. Kindly, therefore, send us the necessary form
for purposes of removing the Assessment from the parcel outlined
in red.
Anything you can do to expedite the early execution of the
