BEGINNING at a point of the south line of Campbell Avenue,
said Point of Beginning being south 00° 10' East, 25 feet and
north 89° 55' west 888.19 feet from a 3/4" iron pipe set in the
center line of Winchester Boulevard (Santa Clara and Los Gitos Road)
to mark the northeast section corner of Section 34, T. 7 S., R.l W.,
M. D. B. & M. ;

the beginning of a tangent curve, concave to the southwest having

arc of said curve to the line between the lands formerly of A. A.
Purmont on the East and W. C. Bohnett on the West;
THENCE, N. 00° 03' W., 28.01 feet along said line to the
Point of Beginning, and containiqg 1000 square feet, more or less,
