CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP OF LANDS
OF VINDO KAMBOJ LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EAST CAMPBELL
AVENUE. APN 413-44-098.
1. Final map shall be filed with the City Engineer for
examination, approval and recordatioll in accordance
with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act.
2. This property is within the boundaries of Local
Improvement District Nos. 11 and 18t special assess-
ment districts. The owners are required to submit
applications to the Superintendent of Streets to
apportion the assessments levied pursuant to said
districts pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code.
The fee for apportioning the assessments is $250.00,
payable to the City of Campbell.
3. Building on Parcel "A" to meet the folloHing conditions:
a. All openings in the south exterior wall be
protected with a 3/4 hour rated fire assembly.
b. The exterior surface of the south walibe pro-
tected for 1 hour construction. Stucco or plywood
over 1/2" gypsum board shall be acceptable.
c. The underneath side of the mansard roof be pro-
tected for 1 hour.
