1. The 30' ingress and egress casement
indicated as running from Campbell Avenue
southerly on Parcel "A" is to be no
closer than 25 feet to the easterly
property line of Parcel "A" and no wider
than 25 feet.
Z.The easement indicated as running westerly
frbm South Bascom Avenue is to be removed
from the recorded subdivision map.
3. A portion of the property is within the
boundary of Local Improvement District
No. 18, namely, Assesment Nos. 24, 25A,
and 25B. Division 10 of the Streets and
Highways Code requires that the existing
assessment be apportioned in accordance
with the newly created parcels. The fee
payable to the City of Campbell for apportion-
ing the assessments is $100.00.
4. Final map to be filed for examination,
approval and recordation in accordance with
the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act.
