property being located at 201 E. Campbell Avenue & 33 N. 2nd Street, subject to the
following conditions:

permit for existing building.
2. Applicant to deposit storm drain fee for all newly developed areas.
3. Elimination of parking spaces #12, #13, #14 & #15.

CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
PURSUANT to Section 2, Ordinance #301 of the City of Campbell, the Campbell
Pl.nning Commission does hereby recommend approval of the following application.
Application of Paul A. Werthmann for a Permit for proposed parking lot for
existing offices located on the N/W corner of Campbell Avenue and North 2nd Street,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Dedication on Campbell Avenue to Plan Line. City to Issue encroachment
permit for existing building.
2. Applicant to deposit storm drain fee for all newly developed areas.
3. Elimination of parking spaces #12, #13, #14 & #I~.
4. Applicant to be granted release from Interim Zone Area by City Council.
BE IT RESOLVED, that said Commission does hereby certify that it has complied
with all sections of Ordinance #301 of the City of Campbell pertaining to Interim
Zone Perm its.
