PARCEL NO.1: BEGINNING at a point in the Northerly line of Campbell Avenue,
distant thereon 40 feet Westerly from the point of intersection thereof with the
Westerly line of Third Street; thence Westerly along the said Northerly line of
Campbell AveB&e 50. 70 feet; thence at right angles Northerly 150 feet; thence at
right angles Easterly 50070 feet; thence at right angles Southerly 150 feet to the
point of beginning, and being a portion of the Southwest quarter of Sec. 26, T.

PARCEL NO.2: Right of way appurtenant to Parcel No. 1 hereinabove described
for ingress and egress over a strip of land 12 feet wide, the Northerly line of
which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the Northeasterly corner of the hereinabove described

sidewalk, new curb and gutter, the removal of' the existing curb, and paving
the remaining area wi th asphalt paving.
As to the additional work which you requested on your property, we dia. obtain

improvements at the Bank of }!.Jneriea site on Campbell Avenue,
together with appropriate standard details. You will
note tnat the new curb is aligned with that which exists;
to the west, thereby giving a 9-foot sidewalk.
That portion of the w~rovements westerly of your
westerly property line, including replaee.rr.ent of the existinq
curved walk and the paving adjacent, togetheJ: w~t.h relocation
of the catch basin is considered by thi~, ()ffice to be outside
the obligation of your development. 'l'herefore, it will be
recommended to the City Council that the City reimburse in
the amount of $400.00 for this work, upon completion of the
enti:r:e project. This figure represents our estimate of the
value of such work.
The P.G.&E. has been contacted 1n regard to the
relocation of two of their poles which exist within the
frontage.

the City of Campbell pertaining to an area 10 feet
in width fronting on subject oroperty, together with
our check in the amount of $400.00 representing the
storm drain fee mentioned in your letter.
You will note that by letter dated November 27,
1961 accompanying the Deed, it is transmitted to you
on the understanding that other properties in the
vicinity requested for street widening will be
acquired by similar voluntary grants. With that
understanding you are authorized to record the
enclosed Deed.
