BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING E}CECUTION
OF AGREEHF.NT BY ~.AYOR AND CITY CLERK

WHEREAS, there has been presented to City Council of Campbell an
agreement for the construction of roadway improvements benificial to
development of property of owner within the City of Campbell, a municipal
corporation; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has explained the necessity for said
agreement, and has recommended the acceptance of same; and
WHEREAS, the said agreement is approved by the City Attorney for
the purpose for which it has been offered; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the agreement presented by ~~ W. and

, be and the same is hereby
accepted, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Campbell.

commercial building to be located on the North aide of Eaat Campbell
Avenue approximately 82.25 feet West of North First Street.
1. Applicant enter into a written agreement with the City
Council covering:
a) Dedication of land for future street
widening between preaent property line
on Callpbell Avenue and the northerly
plan line along full frontage.
b) Ilepair by developer of any curb, gutter
and aidewalk cIa_ged during construction.

approval were approved at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commis.ion of the City of Campbell held on the 2nd day of
June, 1959, subject to the following conditions:
1. That the developer enter into a written agreement
with the City Council covering the following matters:
a) Conveyance to the City of Campbell of a strip
of land to the northerly Campbell Avenue Plan
Line.
b) Repair any curb, gutter & sidewalk broken
wring construction.
