In addition to the above Deed of dediCation we will need
your ehecle, payable to the City of CaDlfbell, in the amount
of Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($950.00). Thi. amount repre.ents
the sum due the City for previous' .idewalk construction on this
~-parcel.
It is noted that it will be necessary for you or your
Contractor to apply for an excavation permit prior to construction
of the .treet tmprovements nece.sitated for compliance with
Article 9126, Campbell Municipal Code.
A cash deposit or bon4 (forms enclosed) equivalent to the
e.timated value ($2,000.00) of the proposed construction must be
collected by this office prior to the isnance of a building permit.
Enclosed are five (5) copies of the conu:ruction drawing,
as prepared by this office. Should you find need for further
copies, they will be available upon request.
