CONDITIONS: Campbell Avenue.
1. An enclosure, consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a 6' high
solid wall or fence, shall be constructed to house trash containers
for both the service station and Spivey's restaurant, within six (6) mos.
2. Landscaping to be provided as indicated in "red" on plan.
3. Faithful Performance Bond in amount of $200 to be posted to insure
landscaping within six (6) months of completion of approved project
or applicant may file agreement to complete landscaping prior to final
clearance and approval.
4. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material to be submitted to
Planning Director for approval.
The applicant is notified that as a part of this application he is required to
meet the following additional conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the
City:

Municipal Code.

Sect10n 9316.1 of the Campbell ~unlclpa1 Code reads as follows:

Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building ~errnit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval untIl a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.
