CONDITIONS:
1. The installation of five overhead lights on 30 foot poles
approved until July 1, 1969, and if there is to be any
extension of lease, the applicant is to come back to the
Planning Commission for approval to continue lights.
2. A timer to be installed which would automatically cut off the
lights at 11 p.m.
Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

WEST VALLEY JOINT JUNIOR COLLEGE DISTRICT
is hereby granted a Use Permit to allow the use of properties
kn wn as III & 112 Salice Way, 151, 135 & 115 Rose Court and
90 West Campbell Avenue for temporary student and staff parking
fo Junior College purposes, subject to the following conditions:
1. Excavation permits for driveway construction.
2. Storm Drain Fee In amount of $1,700

3. Compliance with Section 93l~ of the Campbell
Municipal Code covering improvement of public
parking lots.
4. Application to be approved for a maximum of
five (5) years for a parking lot in connnection
with the Junior College operation only.
