Campbell Ave. PD 77-3 RECEIVED MAY 25 1977 PUBLIC WORKS ORDINANCE NO. 1076 ENGINEERING BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL ADOPTING PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE FOR A PORTION OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE NO. 945, ADOPTED ON THE 28TH DAY OF MAY, 1974. Font, fD?Z:3). - .s. emf" ('05 ~p( The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Zoning ~1ap of- the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended bv adopting the attached "Exhibit A" entitled "Plans and Elevations", IIExhibit BIl entitled IIDevelopment Schedulell and "Exhibit eil entitled "Map of said Property", as per appl ication of Or. John F. Font to allow construction of an accessory building on property known as 106 East Campbell Avenue in a P-D (Planned Development/Commercial) Zoning District. Copies of said exhibits are on file in the office of the Planning Department. Said approval granted subject to the following conditions: A. Project to be completed within six months of City Council approval. B. Exterior walls less than 40 feet from property lines shall be one hour rated. Section 22.03. Roof shall be fire retardant. Section 3203 F, including overhang, Section 1710, Exception #2. The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are ~ot herein specified.
