Please remove fix- ture #55, a 200 watt high pressure sodium luminaire mounted on a pole on the south side of Campbell Avenue, approximately 100 feet east of Third Street, and omit it from our billing. Also please energize one 250 watt high pressure sodium electrolier and add it to the billing of the Campbell Municipal Lighting District. It is wired for 120 volts. The electrical contractor was Howard Electric. The new electrolier is on the south side of Campbell Avenue approxi- mately 94 feet east of Third Street. Trash container(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire Department. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence and have self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department. All enclosures to be constructed at grade level. Applicant shall comply with all appropriate State and City require- ments for the handicapped.
