Several building sewers are available for connection. We are forwarding our sewer location maps to Steve Arnold. The District will maintain the sanitary sewer connection from the cleanout to be installed at the property line to the main sewer. We would like to have included within the C.C. & R. 's that the Association is to maintain the plumbing system within the property. Any building sewers not utilized will have to be plugged at the property line.
