A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY
JJR CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR PROJECT 16-AA: MISC. ACCESSIBILITY
RAMP INSTALLATION PROJECT, DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION, AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, on February 14, 2017, a construction contract was awarded to JJR Construction,
Inc. for the construction of Project No. 16-AA: Misc. Accessibility Ramp Installation Project; and
WHEREAS, JJR Construction, Inc. completed installation of various improvements in
accordance with the project plans and specifications for Project No. 16-AA: Misc. Accessibility
Ramp Installation Project; and
WHEREAS, there is a balance of $3,250 remaining in the CDBG originally allocated for City's
' code enforcement, and that this amount is available to be used for installation of qualified public
improvements such as those installed by Project 16-AA; and

' WHEREAS, the upcoming Annual Street Maintenance -Residential Rubber Cape Seal and
Slurry Seal Project 17-BB includes work to install ADA ramps; and
i WHEREAS, there is a project balance of $27,158 remaining in Project 16-AA;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
approves a budget adjustment transferring $3,250 from code enforcement to Project 16-AA; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby accepts the
improvements constructed by JJR Construction, Inc., for Project No. 16-AA: Misc. Accessibility
Ramp Installation Project, directs the City Engineer to file the Notice of Completion, and
authorizes the Finance Director to execute a budget adjustment transferring the remaining fund
balance of $27,158 from Project 16-AA to Annual Street Maintenance -Residential Rubber
Cape Seal and Slurry Seal Project 17-BB. _
