A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE RE-APPROPRIATION OF HERITAGE THEATRE
PRESERVATION AND ENHANCEMENT FUND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT (BA20)
FROM FISCAL YEAR 2017 OPERATING BUDGET TO FISCAL YEAR 2018
OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the operating budget for 2017-18; and
WHEREAS, there were budget adjustments from the Preservation and Enhancement
Fund in fiscal year 2017 for maintenance and enhancement items; and
WHEREAS, the funds for these projects were not encumbered by fiscal year end 2017;
and
WHEREAS, any project funds not encumbered by the fiscal year end require Council
approval to move forward to the next fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council approve the attached
budget adjustment in the amount of $181,500 for the maintenance and enhancement
projects outlined at the May 2, 2017 Council meeting.
