A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL COMMENDING SERGEANT TOM ROGERS
ON HIS 26 YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
WHEREAS, Sergeant Rogers became a Police Officer in April 1991; and
WHEREAS, Sergeant Rogers was promoted to Agent in February 2009; and
WHEREAS, Sergeant Rogers was promoted to Sergeant in January 2013; and
~ WHEREAS, Sergeant Rogers served in numerous assignments including, the
SWAT Team, Major Accident Investigation Team, Crime Scene Response Team, Bike
Patrol Team, Traffic Supervisor, Patrol SupervisorNVatch Commander, and Field
Training Officer; and
WHEREAS, Sergeant Rogers has always had a commitment to providing
excellent service to the Campbell community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell recognizes and commends Sergeant Tom Rogers on his retirement from the
City of Campbell after 26 years of service.
