A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP AND ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT OFFERED FOR DEDICATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 999 S. SAN TOMAS AQUINO ROAD
WHEREAS, on September 30, 2016, the Director of Community Development
conditionally approved a Tentative Parcel Map (PLN2016-111) to allow atwo-lot, single-
family, residential subdivision of property located at 999 S. San Tomas Aquino Road;
and
WHEREAS, a public service easement is necessary to accommodate the approved use
of the property and has been offered for dedication on the Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the Tentative Parcel Map, the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the
Campbell Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the Parcel Map is hereby approved and the public service easement offered for
dedication as shown on said map is hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for
which it is offered.
