A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR JACK FISCHER PARK IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, AND DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO
FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, on January 26, 2017, the Director of Public Works awarded a construction
contract to G&G Builders, Inc. for the construction of the Jack Fischer Park
Improvement Project 17-GG / 15-GG; and
WHEREAS, G&G Builders, Inc. completed construction of various improvements in
accordance with the project plans and specifications for the Jack Fischer Park
Improvement Project 17-GG / 15-GG;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by G&G Builders, Inc. for the Jack
Fischer Park Improvement Project 17-GG / 15-GG, and directs the City Engineer to file
the Notice of Completion.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorize the return of the remaining balance of the 17-GG funds to the Parkland
Dedication Fund and that the remaining balance from 15-GG remain in its current fund
to be used towards addressing safety issues at various playgrounds as identified by the
safety audits.
