A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE AMENDED RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE
EDITH MORLEY PARK COMMUNITY GARDEN
WHEREAS, the Edith Morley Park Community Garden was approved by the City
Council as part of the development of Edith Morley Park in 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission reviewed and approved the
proposed changes to the Garden's Rules and Regulations at their September 6, 2017
meeting; and
WHEREAS, the proposed changes will reduce the administrative time necessary for
managing garden renewals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
amends the rules and regulations for the Edith Morley Community Garden to read as
set forth in the 2nd Amendment to the Edith Morley Community Gardens Rules and
Regulation, as attached to the staff report on this item.
