A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10439 AND ACCEPTING
THE PUBLIC STREET DEDICATION (MEADOWS COURT), AND
PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT OFFERED FOR DEDICATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1180 ABBOTT AVENUE
WHEREAS, on August 8, 2017, the Planning Commission of the City of Campbell
adopted Resolution No. 4400 approving a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for the
property located at 1180 Abbott Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, a Public Street, and Public Service Easement are necessary to
accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication on
the Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the Tentative Map, Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell
Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that Tract Map 10439 is hereby approved and the Public Service Easement and Public
Street offered for dedication as shown on the said map, are hereby accepted in
conformity with the terms for which they are offered.

vote:
