A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
SCHEDULING A CITY COUNCIL MEETING ON DECEMBER 19, 2017 AND
CANCELLING THE JANUARY 2, 2018 CITY COUNCIL MEETING
WHEREAS, pursuant to Campbell Municipal Code Section 2.04.020, meetings of
the City Council are regularly held on the first and third Tuesday of each month; and
WHEREAS, on December 12, 2016, Council approved the City Council meeting
schedule which cancelled the December 19, 2017, meeting and scheduled a January 2,
2018, meeting; and
WHEREAS, the holidays makes it difficult for the public to review agenda items
and the City's holiday closure limits access for public communication; and
WHEREAS, the City Council will cancel the January 2, 2018 meeting and to
allow City business to continue uninterrupted by the January cancelation the City
Council will schedule a Council meeting on December 19, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell does herby approve scheduling a City Council meeting on December 19,
2017, and canceling the meeting on January 2, 2018.
