BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AMENDING CHAPTER 13.04 OF THE CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL CODE
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows
SECTION ONE: Section 13.04.100 of the Campbell Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read (with additions are shown as bold and underlined; and deletions are shown as
13.04.100 -Control of animals. The bringing of animals into any city park is prohibited,
except: (a) service animals gaide-degs; (b) dogs on leash at Campbell Park except at
water feature and playground areas; (c) for special city-sponsored or sanctioned events
involving animals; a+~d (d) dogs on leash at Edith Morley Park; and (e) dogs on leash
at Jack Fischer Park only on designated pathway.
This Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage and
adoption and shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and
adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Campbell, County of Santa Clara.
