A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL COMMENDING COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER DAVID HITCH
ON HIS 24 YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
WHEREAS, Community Service Officer Hitch was hired in 1991 as a Police
Officer; and
WHEREAS, Community Service Officer Hitch worked for seven years as a Police
Dispatcher; and
WHEREAS, Community Service Officer Hitch has spent the last 15 years working
on vital projects throughout the department; and
WHEREAS, Community Service Officer Hitch is an expert in several technical
areas including mobile radio communications, security camera operations, emergency
management logistics, and patrol procedures; and
WHEREAS, Community Service Officer Hitch has always had a commitment to
providing excellent service to the Campbell community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell recognizes and commends Community Service Officer Hitch on his retirement
from the City of Campbell after 24 years of service.
