A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO CONDUCT
AN INDIRECT COST ALLOCATION STUDY AND USER FEE STUDY
WHEREAS, the City's Financial Policies require that user fees and charges be
reviewed and modified annually in an attempt to ensure adequate and appropriate cost
recovery; and
WHEREAS, it has been approximately eight years since the last comprehensive
fee study and cost allocation plan were undertaken; and
WHEREAS, the results of these studies would be used to update the schedule of
user fees and charges in order to achieve the desired level of cost recovery for specified
services and activities;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a Request for Proposal for a
comprehensive Indirect Cost Allocation and User Fee Study be issued to qualified firms.
