BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
WEST VALLEY CLEAN WATER PROGRAM AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has approved the formation of the West Valley Clean
Water Program Authority; and
WHEREAS, the West Valley Clean Water Program Authority will be governed by the
Board of Directors of the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors will be composed of one (1) representative from
each member agency; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves Mayor Paul Resnikoff as Board Member and Vice Mayor Rich
Waterman as Board Member Alternate, to serve as the City of Campbell's
representatives to the Board of Directors of the West Valley Clean Water Program
Authority.
