A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING A SALARY ADJUSTMENT FOR CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Council has appointed Wendy Wood as City Clerk, effective
August 4, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.16.020 of the Campbell Municipal Code provides that
compensation for all appointed officers and employees of the City shall be fixed by
Resolution; and
WHEREAS, Title 2, Section 2.16.020 of the Campbell Municipal Code provides that
the City Council may, from time to time, by resolution, change the compensation of
employees of. said City, and may, by resolution, adopt salary and wage scales; and
WHEREAS, a review has been conducted; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to the current salary of the City Clerk is recommended.
NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
does hereby approve the 5% salary increase as outlined in the Council Report and
that the provisions of this Resolution shall become effective August 4, 2017.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Campbell this 6th day of February 2018, by the following roll call vote:
