BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL CONGRATULATING
KELLY CROWLEY, 2017 CITIZEN OF THE YEAR
WHEREAS, Kelly Crowley, was selected by the Campbell Chamber of Commerce as
2017 Citizen of the Year in recognition of her commitment and significant contributions
to the Campbell community, and will be honored on March 10, 2018 at the annual
"Celebrate Campbell" banquet; and
WHEREAS, Kelly Crowley, has been an active member in the Campbell Downtown for
over twenty years, serving in variety of roles; and
WHEREAS, Kelly Crowley, is currently a board member of the Downtown Campbell
Business Association and the General Manager of Khartoum; and
WHEREAS, Kelly Crowley, was named the Downtown Business Associate's person of
the year in 2017; and
WHEREAS, Kelly Crowley, was one of initiators in organizing the First Fridays event,
she also helps organize the Wine Walks, Carol of Lights, and Bunnies and Bonnets
parade; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
congratulates Kelly Crowley on being named Campbell's 2017 Citizen of the Year and
recognizes her service and involvement in the Campbell community.
