A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE CAMPISI WAY FEASIBILITY STUDY -PROJECT 17-EE
WHEREAS a portion of Campisi Way was constructed over an abandoned landfill; and
WHEREAS differential settlement caused by landfill consolidation has resulted in damage
to public infrastructure on Campisi Way; and
WHEREAS on April 18, 2017 the City Council of the City of Campbell authorized the
issuance of a Request for Proposals for services for the Campisi Way Feasibility Study
Project 17-EE; and
WHEREAS, Biggs Cardosa and Associates, Inc. prepared a feasibility study to document
infrastructure deficiencies and recommend repairs to~public infrastructure on Campisi Way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the Campisi Way Feasibility Study Project 17-EE.
