CC Resolution 12301RESOLUTION NO. 12301 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE PARCEL MAP AND ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC STREET AND THE PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 335 REDDING ROAD WHEREAS, on November 4, 2015, the Community Development Director conditionally approved a Tentative Parcel Map (PLN2015-200) to allow atwo-lot, single-family, residential subdivision of property located at 335 Redding Road; and WHEREAS, on October 4, 2017, the Community Development Director conditionally extended the approved Tentative Parcel Map (PLN2017-272) for an additional year, with a new expiration date of October 4, 2018; and WHEREAS, public street dedication and public service easements are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication on the Parcel Map; and WHEREAS, the Parcel Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in compliance with the Tentative Parcel Map, the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that the Parcel Map is hereby approved and the Public Street and Public Service Easements offered for dedication as shown on said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
