21608336 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, SANTA CLARA COUNTY, AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION NO. 12338
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
VACATING THE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT RECORDED AS DOCUMENT
NUMBER 21608336 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, SANTA CLARA COUNTY, AND
DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an easement for sanitary sewer purposes was recorded on April 3, 2012
as Document Number 21608336 of Official Records, Santa Clara County; and
WHEREAS, this easement is no longer required as the sanitary pipe within it has been
relocated to another property; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Campbell to remove this encumbrance from
the subject property commonly known as 276 East Campbell Avenue, Campbell,
California 95008; and
WHEREAS,. the easement vacation is to be made pursuant to Chapter 4, Summary
Vacation, of Part 3 of Division 9 of the California Street and Highway Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
does hereby vacate the sanitary sewer easement recorded as Document Number
21608336 of Official Records, Santa Clara County, and directs the City Clerk to record
~ this resolution.
