A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE RETENTION OF MANAGEMENT PARTNERS
WHEREAS, the City is in need of temporary and project consulting services
due to the vacancies created by the departure of the Finance Manager and other
department staff; and,
WHEREAS, the City's purchasing policy requires the approval by the City
Council for consultant contracts in excess of $50,000; and,.
and,
WHEREAS, City anticipates it will expend in excess of the $50,000 threshold;
WHEREAS, Management Partners is an expert financial consulting services
firm .specializing . in providing temporary staffing services for local government
agencies.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the retention of Management Partners is hereby approved in a not-to-
exceed amount. of $75,000.
