A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR CAMPBELL COMMUNITY CENTER OUTDOOR
EXERCISE STATION RENOVATION AND PLAY AREA PROJECTS, AND FILE
THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, on February 16, 2018, the Director of Public Works awarded a construction
contract to Star Construction, Inc. for the construction of the Campbell Community Center
Outdoor Exercise Station Renovation Project 17-MM and Campbell Community Center
Play Area Construction Project 18-KK; and
WHEREAS, Star Construction, Inc. completed construction of various improvements in
accordance with the project plans and specifications for the Campbell Community Center
Outdoor Exercise Station Renovation Project 17-MM and Campbell Community Center
Play Area Construction Project 18-KK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by Star Construction, Inc. for the Campbell
Community Center Outdoor Exercise Station Renovation Project 17-MM and Campbell
Community Center Play Area Construction Project 18-KK, and directs the City Engineer
to file the Notice of Completion.
