A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE ANNUAL UPDATE TO THE INVESTMENT
POLICY AND RELATED ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY REVISIONS
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 53646 requires a statement of
Investment Policy be submitted to the City's legislative body annually for its
consideration at a public meeting; and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a statement of the
City's Investment Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Policy has been reviewed by the City Council and it has been
determined that no changes are warranted for this update;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the Investment Policy is hereby approved as submitted.

vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: Gibbons, Landry, Cristina, Waterman, Resnikoff
NOES: Councilmembers: None
