A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10491 AND ACCEPTING THE
STREET DEDICATION AND PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS FOR THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 50 SHELLEY AVENUE
WHEREAS, on September 18, 2018, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 12358
approving a Tentative Subdivision Map for the property located at 50 Shelley Avenue;
WHEREAS, public street dedication and public service easements are necessary to
accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication
on the Tract Map; and
WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in
compliance with the Tentative Map, the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the
Campbell Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that Tract Map 10491 is hereby approved and the Public Street and Public Service
Easements offered for dedication as shown on said map are hereby accepted in
conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
